Returns & Exchanges

At Jimmy Fairly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new frames. If they aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your eyewear within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Register Your Return

  Log into your customer account and select the order you wish to return to generate your unique return authorization and prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Frames

  Place the glasses, along with their original case and cleaning cloth, back into the shipping box and include your printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest designated collection point or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange pair within 7 to 10 business days.
